The basic principles of Pilates

Respiratory principles:

• Use your nose and mouth as possible, the use of breath, abdominal breathing.

● Respiration speed is too fast, and action speed basically the same, avoid choking noises.

• Campaign to the attention of the breath, when attention getter.

This can alleviate muscle strength, to body internal pressure.

● By controlling the breath, and concentrate on the breathing, reduce the sensitivity to muscle soreness.

Body control principles:

● The motions process is slow, extend the time of muscle control, greater consumption of energy from different parts of the body, to achieve the purpose of fat loss, plastic.

• Grasp the body posture, you can experience training for a long time to physical stimulation.

• Stability of abdominal and torso is the core of Pilates training.
